Use of the tools

The tools here are free to use. They run in your browser and process files you choose from your own device.

Acceptable use

Convert only files you own or otherwise have the right to convert. Do not use this site to infringe anyone's copyright or to circumvent technical protection measures. This site processes local files only and does not retrieve media from any service.

No warranty

The tools are provided as they are, with no warranty of any kind. Conversion happens on your device and depends on your browser and hardware. Keep your original file until you have checked the result.

Ownership of this site

© 2026 PrivateMP3. The design, the page text, the guides and the code that runs the tools are our own work and are protected by copyright. You may use the tools; you may not copy the site, its code or its text to republish it as another service. Crawler access preferences are published in our robots.txt; the companion llms.txt and for automated clients page point automated readers to the site's canonical tools. They do not replace this policy.

Open-source software we use

Audio reading and writing is done by mediabunny, which is free software under the Mozilla Public License 2.0. It is shipped unmodified, with its licence notice intact, and its own source is available from that link. Nothing above claims any right over it.
